About the Space
The ballroom offers an expansive private event room and bar space with approximately 4028 square feet of space. Approximate size is 40’x120’ with room for 120 catered guests (Banquet Setting) or 150 (Amphitheater Setting). Men’s and Women’s restrooms are available as well as a gender neutral/ADA compliant restroom and wheelchair lift from the first floor. A large room on the third floor (Green Room) is available separately and includes a bathroom and shower. A balcony in the space is included. Unless specifically noted in the “Menu of Additional Services” below, no other areas, rentals or use of space is included.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
