The 1,200 sq ft studio features natural light, hardwood floors, a custom bar area, stylish lounge furniture, and an open layout that works well for interview setups, panel discussions, social media productions, and brand shoots. Please note the studio is not fully soundproofed, though most productions record successfully using standard microphones or lavalier audio setups. Extensions may be possible based on space availability. Overtime usage is charged at 1.5× the hourly rate and must be approved based on scheduling availability. Alcohol and cannabis consumption are not permitted for production bookings. Any violations may incur a $250 fine. An onsite representative will be present during all bookings to assist with access and logistics. Rentals that require the onsite representative to leave the premises cannot be accommodated. Location Located in Midtown Manhattan near Bryant Park, the studio is easily accessible by multiple subway lines and surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and production resources. Access Information Passenger elevator access is available until 8PM daily. After that time, the space can be accessed via two short flights of stairs.
