About the Space

Weddings, rehearsals, photo shoots, art galleries, literary readings, birthday parties, social gatherings, singles events, music videos, and concerts. We have multiple venue spaces for varying-sized events. Our building includes an elevator, four levels, and a rooftop space. The rooftop space is not handicap accessible, all other event spaces are handicap accessible. Coat Closet and coach check are available for cold months.

Health and Safety Measures

We have a cleaning service weekly, post-events and pre-events, spaces with carpet are vacuumed, tile and linoleum are disinfected, and hand sanitizer, sinks and soap for hand washing, and paper towels for any spills that may happen. If there are any special requests needed for an event please feel free to ask and we will see how we can accommodate them.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
