About the Space

Be one of the first to experience a unique (~10 acres) ranch with many amenities to bring your event vision to life. Our space features a unique custom house (on piers), a 4,000 sq ft pole barn, concrete patio, parking, and a private tree-lined concrete driveway leading up to the structures. Our property is best suited for weddings (booked direct), but on Peerspace, we offer space for smaller-scale gatherings such as: birthdays, baby showers, baptisms, bridal showers, dinners, brunches, banquet events, etc. Our ranch is located in Peotone, IL about 15 minutes from Kankakee and Bourbonnais. Please note pricing is for access to the pole barn. House kitchen use is an additional charge - see the add-ons section. Overnight stays are handled separately via Airbnb. We plan to enable 'Media Productions' soon. If you need to inquire about those, please send a message.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
