Spacious, light filled home in Brooklyn

A gorgeous, light-filled garden home that was originally two brownstones knocked together to create an incredible 45ft wide living space. Fort Greene, Brooklyn is a vibrant neighborhood that is steeped in history and culture. It's home to several major landmarks such as the Brooklyn Academy of Music, Fort Greene Park - a beautiful green space designed by the same architects responsible for Central Park, and the Pratt Institute. Today many of the city's most sought-after restaurants are in Fort Greene including SAILOR, MISS ADA, and EVELINA. It is also home to Spike Lee's production company 40 Acres. All parts of our home are available aside from the nursery.
