Please message before booking to confirm availability. All bookings include available lighting, stands and 1 PA speaker as needed at no extra cost. This is vintage film set located within the 6,000 square foot film studio. This film set is good for interviews and commercial work. The set can be redressed as needed if you bring your own props. Other things within the location that can be booked for a different hourly rate are: CYC wall, LED wall, lights and other sets. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking: Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
