Natural light pours into this spacious family home tucked away in North Hollywood. Minimal and modern decor with an open layout. Perfect for photo shoots and small/mid-scale film shoots. This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 1700 sq/ft home was built in 1954. It has since been remodeled to fit our liking with original touches of wood beams that bring warmth into the home. There is a wonderful indoor/outdoor flow to the lush backyard. The backyard can easily accommodate a large group for an event or party. Hardwood floors, high ceilings, and warm colors make this very homey and comfortable. A lot of natural light with the sun hitting the house all day. Additional cleaning fee applies to cooking shoots and large crews.

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
