About the Space
Our Spunky Townhome can be used for multiple functions. Our spaces have been used for YouTube/reality productions, photoshoots, and small parties. The Townhome has a spacious office space with beautiful decorations, as well as 3 bedrooms upstairs uniquely decorated. Our stairs are adorned with book covers from some of the world's most famous authors, with an amazing design wall flowing up the stairs.

Health and Safety Measures
Our properties are thoroughly cleaned between each guest. All our bedding and towels are washed and dried and replaced between each guest. Our cleaning team is aware and has signed off on the proper protocol that is needed to maintain a healthy, clean space.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
