Large photography studio with very high ceilings. North facing 12x16 foot Cyc Wall. Seamless Paper in a variety of colors included in rental. Very versatile space, several areas can be used for shooting. Dressing room and Make-up area included in the rental. All rentals include 1 complimentary constant light with modifiers, V-flats, apple boxes and grip equipment available.

We make sure our space is cleaned properly between bookings. we sanitize after each shoot and ensure all surfaces are wiped down with anti-bacterial spray.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
