Ideal for a picturesque gathering our space has a show kitchen, lounging area and floor to ceiling windows for the perfect Baltimore backdrop. There is no access to the gym, pool, part of the lounge showing the pool table, or any other interior amenity space not included in the Peerspace pictures. ** FOOD & BEVERAGE Hosts are allowed to bring in their own food/ drinks. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
