It has a sitting area with TV, a full bathroom. The view of Mt. Rainer from the loft provides a perfect backdrop. The backyard of this home is great for outdoor events and production. The property has a next gen suite attached, with a separate entrance and locked at all times (not part of the rental, it is occupied)

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
