OUR NEW STUDIO SPACE IS AVAILABLE FOR BOOKING. OUR STUDIO SPACE OFFERS OVER 1000 SQUARE FEET OF SHOOTING SPACE, FULL KITCHEN, PRIVATE BATHROOM, LOAD IN BAY ELEVATOR DIRECTLY IN TO THE SPACE AND A PRIVATE MAKEUP AND CHANGE AREA. AS ALWAYS, WE ALSO OFFER C-STANDS, SAND BAGS AND APPLE BOXES AS PART OF YOUR RENTAL TO ASSIST WITH YOUR NEXT CREATIVE PROJECT. Please note that backdrops in this space can be used at $5 per foot. Please call to inquire about which backdrops are available.

Health and Safety Measures
We thoroughly clean the space before every rental. We ask that renters leave the space as they found it and put things back where they got them (c-stands, apple boxes, carts, etc). Every guest is alloted one large garbage bag for free that will be disposed of by the studio. Excess garbage and sets must be disposed of by the production/renter.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
