About the Space
Welcome to our space, a private residence available as a photo / video set. Our newly built guest house has been designed with productions in mind. The lime plaster walls serve as a blank canvas backdrop perfect for professional headshots, clothing store look-books, photoshoots, family shoots, content shoots and more! We chose to go with exposed concrete floors and custom Taj Mahal countertops. Step outside to our freshly manicured turf that is outlined with 100's of agave plants that compliment the style and theme of your production. We have a 8x8ft feature wall that serves as an additional backdrop for your photos. We just recently added a new basketball court which can be added on for an additional flat fee of $75. We deep clean the set after every single booking. We bleach and scrub the toilet, sink and shower. We disinfect the counters and tables as well as the floor.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
