Quonquont is a classic New England farm, where old-fashioned apple orchards, rambling blueberry patches, sparkling ponds, flowering meadows, and forested uplands provide a beautiful backdrop. Dating back to 1922, the property was once home to a thriving dairy farm. The farm now produces apples, peaches, blueberries, flowers and vegetables seasonally sold at our on site farm stand. Located in a quite rural neighborhood, easily accessible from major highways. The property is set-back from the road and private. There are multiple buildings on site, including 3 barns and a farmhouse. Our 100 year old renovated barn and the farmhouse are available during the rental along with lots of outdoor space. The barn is fully renovated with a commercial kitchen, accessible restrooms, air conditioning, a bar and a beautiful handmaid stone patio. The farmhouse is fully furnished with period furniture. We host private events in our renovated barn where our expert team can attend to every element of your event planning with unparalleled attention to detail and extraordinary service. We provide tables, chairs, and table linens for rentals up to 200 people.
