About the Space
1,500 square foot warehouse space with a 14'W x 14'D x 12'H cyclorama wall centered on the back wall. Large projector screen and projector installed that can be pulled down over the cyc wall. Items provided in the space- Two sofas, four club chairs, two coffee tables, and two rugs. ADDITIONAL FURNITURE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST, FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE: rectangular banquet tables and chairs up to 40 people. Additional lounge furniture (sofas, club chairs, coffee tables), art and mirrors, indoor trees, and florals all available for a fee. Please inquire about event furniture/floral needs- cost will be dependent on quantity. Ideal for: --photo/video shoots --small events/gatherings --art shows --workshops --film viewing --creative gatherings --corporate lectures and workshops PARKING: Parking is reserved for HOST AND VENDORS ONLY. Up to 4 spots are reserved. NO EVENT ATTENDEE PARKING AVAILABLE. SET UP/BREAKDOWN -- Your booking time must include any time on-site. This includes set up AND breakdown of the event, vendor deliveries, vendor pick ups, etc. BRINGING IN OUTSIDE VENDORS -- You are welcome to use outside vendors for furniture, food, etc., but you must coordinate with us before the event for any drop offs or pick ups. If vendors are coming outside of your booking time, you will be charged for our team coordinating on site.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
