You'll be surrounded by art, music, stained glass, and comfortable well-decorated spaces galore, while you host your meeting, retreat or client intensive, shoot a photoshoot or video project, or host an amazing event or party. You'll have access to ONE space - $95/hour for both spaces. Main floor: Front porch, two living rooms, formal dining room, chef's kitchen with all cooking supplies you could need, sunroom, powder room, backyard with lighting, outdoor dining, and a fire pit. Third floor: 800 sq ft open loft space with movable furniture, room for 12-15 yoga mats, a large circle of 20 people, or keep it as a lounge space with a couch, desk, plants and lighting. Queen bed in the space, couch can convert to a king bed and draped however you want for shoots. In the space, there's 3/4 bath with a shower, office space that converts to coffee/tea/snack station for events, plus large balcony with outdoor lounge furniture. Sonos speakers downstairs, and bluetooth speakers available for the upstairs. Just blocks away from the best restaurants in Denver in the most hip, walkable neighborhood in the city, our home is situation on a quiet residential street where 99% of the time the only noise is the birds outside.
