Our house has doubled as a [by-appointment] contemporary ethnic art gallery for over 30 years, so lots of art (paintings and sculptures) inside and out, which can be moved, as needed. Charming, renovated Craftsman house within a 5-minute drive to Mann Chinese Theater in Hollywood. Lots of light, beautifully landscaped with a mix of desert and lush tropical foliage. Gated front yard, private front porch, two sculpture gardens, hot tub in backyard with adjoining tropical cabana. Hardwood floors throughout, tiled back porch. Custom-made furniture throughout. Very unique space featured in Vanity Fair magazine, Los Angeles Times and many other media outlets! Seats 25-30 comfortably.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
