In the Burbank Verdugo Hills, a quiet secluded Spanish house (1935) ideal for film, TV, photography, and events. Very private front yard and an amazing backyard, completely private, with a croquet court that can double as a sports court. Interior of the house can also be used if necessary. Photo shoots and film work have been done in the past, but the backyard has been completely redone with the 2,000 sq. foot sports court. Completely private with high hedges all around. There are over a half dozen spaces on the property for location shooting. The sports court can be tented (and has held one event) for special occasions.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
