Outside catering may be approved on a case-by-case basis; however, the commercial kitchen is not available for outside use during private events. Available add-ons include: • DJs & live music • Karaoke • Lounge & patio upgrades Rental rates vary based on guest count, day of the week, duration, and event type. Production Rates: • Mondays: $300/hour for productions with 15 people or fewer • $500/hour for productions over 15 people or for productions on any other day of the week Private Event Pricing: Full buyouts for private parties vary depending on guest count, day of the week, and food & beverage service needs. Cleaning fees, refundable security deposits, and minimums may apply depending on the scope of the event.
