This little serene paradise is located on a small 15 acre farm with a private access walking trail (or driving if you have 4 wheel drive) to Kellogg Creek and Frog Beach on Lake Allatoona, perfect for swimming, fishing and exploring. It's perfect for outdoor shoots, workshops, parties, or small company retreats. The spacious studio loft is upstairs above an unfinished garage in a private non-smoking building with an open floor plan has a small kitchenette complete with mini-fridge, microwave, toaster-oven and stove eyes for basic cooking. There is a patio overlooking the pasture where you may see deer grazing in the evening. In the fall and winter you can see Lake Allatoona through the trees. The lake and creek can be accessed on army corps land and are a short 5-10 minute hike through the woods, and where the creek meets the lake is a favorite fishing spot. Located 3 miles off I 75, we have room for your boat, and Harbor Town Marina is a short 1.8 miles away. Hiking Trails: Iron Hill: 5.4 miles, Rope Mill Park 9.7 miles, Coopers Furnace: 17 miles. Our cleaning procedure after each guest is as follows: All surfaces, including counters, tables, bathroom fixtures, sinks, switches, and door knobs are wiped down and disinfected. All trash receptacles are wiped down and/or washed out to prevent residual odors. All towels, bathmats, and washable rugs are laundered and Large rugs and hardwood floors are vacuumed with a high powered vacuum cleaner. The hardwood floor and staircases are mopped. Once a month, a deeper cleaning is performed where vertical surfaces are wiped down, vents and fans are cleaned, all fixtures and lights are cleaned, as well as windows, furniture is pollished and batteries in remotes/smoke detectors and other devices are tested.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
