About the Space
This place doubles as a event space and a vacation rental. This space has been used by local artists for music videos. There have been a few paint and sip parties/birthday gathering held here. The place has been used for a brunch and a multitude of dinner parties. This space is open for you to decorate or I can have my people decorate the space for whatever occasion. There is a full kitchen and full bathroom for use as well.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
