Sleek Conference Room in the Pod FlexSpace The spacious conference room located in the Pod FlexSpace, offers 10 seats with the optional 2 chairs int the back. The newest coworking space on the 6th floor of the prestigious 655 W Broadway, a high rise in Downtown San Diego. Available for hourly, daily and monthly rates. The rental rate includes a 55" monitor with videoconferencing ability or with HDMI. Full use of the kitchen with upgraded coffee machine, and a printer/copier (at a cost). Optional 65" monitor with soundbar and camera. Rental of the conference room does not include access to private offices or hot desks. These can be purchased as add-ons to any reservation. The building includes 2 on-site cafes, bank & atm, and a parking garage. We are located 10 minutes from the San Diego Internationals Airport, and are walking distance to many hotels, restaurants, and Seaport Village.

Pod FlexSpace has been treated with MicroShield 360, an anti-microbial coating which kills and prevents pathogens from living on surfaces. All elevator, restroom, and common area surfaces have also been treated. Hand sanitizer is available in the room, and all seating arrangements allow for 6' physical distancing between attendees.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
