There is a loading dock and ground floor entrance from Emerald St. Other perks: wifi, bathroom, and fridge are available if you need to store some food items. The space is run by a collective of artists and architects. At the intersection of the Art District and Echo Park. Close to the 110 and 101 freeways.

A basic cleaning of the space will be done before each new rental. You are in charge of patching/repainting the walls if needed.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
