In our studio, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment is paramount, especially in light of current health concerns. To ensure the safety of both our staff and guests, we have implemented a rigorous cleaning process that involves the use of wipes and disinfectants before and after each guest's departure. Our cleaning protocol begins with the removal of any visible dirt or debris using disposable wipes, focusing on high-touch surfaces such as countertops, doorknobs, light switches, and equipment. We then proceed to disinfect these surfaces thoroughly, utilizing EPA-approved disinfectant solutions known to effectively combat a wide range of pathogens, including viruses and bacteria. Additionally, our cleaning team pays special attention to frequently overlooked areas, such as remote controls, microphone handles, and chairs, to guarantee comprehensive sanitation. By adhering to these stringent cleaning practices, we strive to provide a safe and welcoming environment for all our guests, minimizing the risk of contamination and promoting peace of mind during their time in our studio.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
