Our open loft space is designed to accommodate a variety of events and activities, making it the perfect choice for your next gathering. The layout of our space is rectangular-shaped, with a capacity to host up to 75 seated guests comfortably, and 100 people at a standing event. This flexibility allows for a range of uses, including meetings, parties, photography and filming sessions, workspace, small concerts, and even a recording studio. One of the highlights of our space is the Long Island, ideal for serving food and beverages during events. We also have a well-equipped kitchenette area with a full refrigerator and a microwave for the convenience of your guests. For privacy and comfort, we offer a private bathroom within the space, complemented by additional public accommodations available outside in the hallway. What sets our space apart is the unique loft area, providing a bird's-eye view perspective that's perfect for capturing stunning photographs and videos of your event from a unique angle.
