The location has a live attendant located in our front office, for security purposes. 4. Flexible Schedule: Whether you need the space for a one-time recording session or regular podcast production, we offer flexible date and time options to best suit your needs. Space Details: Total square ft- 105 ft2 141" Length and 108" Width Electric Fireplace Restrooms- Wheelchair accessible Coffee Wifi TV with HDMI cable provided **There is space available to use your backdrops. Since we are parking-level- we also offer a roll-up door for any heavy equipment that may require unloading/wheeling in. For meetings, we do also have 10 folding chairs, and 4 folding tables if requested.
