The space This home boasts a variety of rooms to satisfy your thirst to relax, enjoy and connect with your friends & family. Our top features include: - An expansive, fun-packed basement including a 100" 4k projector cinematic experience, large couch, poker table, popcorn maker, various board games, darts, ring game and more - A hot tub adjacent to a huge outdoor seating area with a fire pit and amenities for making smores - A living room with a fireplace, large couch, 55" TV - Outdoor facilities including a gas-fire BBQ, badminton, cornhole & more - An island kitchen which is fully stocked with gourmet teas and coffee - A cosy rustic sunroom area We have 5 bedrooms in total. There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, with a hallway connecting them. The master bedroom has its own ensuite (shower, toilet), and the others have access to the communal bathroom (with shower bath, toilet). The master bedroom has a king size bed; with the others fitted with queen beds (one of the basement bedrooms has both a queen and a twin bed inside). There's another roll-out twin bed for an additional 12th sleeper if needed. In the basement, the two bedrooms connect to the common entertainment area and have access to a bathroom downstairs that has a shower, toilet and sink.
