One block from the world famous Brooklyn Bridge Park in DUMBO Brooklyn is our 1400 square foot bright and clean ground floor studio space perfect for your next photo or video shoot, gallery event, rehearsal or happening. The full kitchen can be used for cooking content or for prepping food and beverages for tabletop shoots. The upstairs loft overlooking the main space has room for hair and makeup, wardrobe fittings, or stick your clients up there when it's too busy downstairs. Ask about additional camera, lighting and grip equipment. Disco Ball always included.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
