Lcated in Historic Downtown Olyphant PA. This is a performing arts venue which hosts weekly events. The entrance of the building you will find the lobby area. This is the perfect space for guest check in, merch sales, or a general area that people can converse in before entering the theatre. As you walk further into the building it opens into a theatre with a state of the art sound system and convertible front stage that is available for use with all rentals. We are able to fit 100 seats comfortably in the theater for Seminars using the original stage. We are able to convert the stage to a runway for fashion shows, with a 75+ seat capacity with a changing room backstage. When fully assembled the stage has a standing capacity of around 100+ for performances by musicians. We also have the ability to set up tables for a seating capacity of 70 for dinner and a show events.. We do not sell food, but we are able to direct you to local caterers for events. The space also has a projector and screen for the stage area for business seminars or just to play a movie if you so choose. We have a full set up for musicians, including house Electric and Electric Acoustic Guitars, Full Drum Kit that sits on a drum riser (Bring your own breakables), and Bass. In house we have the ability to record live performances with Encore Studios for a separate fee. We also have a media company PFD Media located in house for any media needs for a separate fee. Differences in the different listings are as follows: Meetings: Any type of corporate setting that needs a space to hold a large gathering to have a meeting that cannot be done in their office. This includes things like trainings, corporate meetings, team meetings, etc Productions: Any type of event that tickets are sold to the public. This includes music concerts, album release parties, or anything that is open to the public that tickets are being purchased for. Events: Any type of event that is closed to the public and is invite only. The public is not charged tickets for this type of event. Examples would be birthday parties, retirement parties, graduation parties, etc
