Our 5,500 sq. ft. studio is a flexible, configurable space designed to accommodate productions of all scales. It can be reserved as a full multi-use facility or divided into individual studios, production spaces and event areas to suit specific needs. Key features include a 1,400 sq. ft. studio with a corner cyclorama wall, ground-level access, high-speed Wi-Fi, Sonos sound system, clothing rack and steamer, skylight with natural daylight, climate control (AC and heating), coffee bar, makeup stations, and 2,300 sq. ft. of adjoining production and/or shoot space with concrete floors and natural light. On-site lighting, grip, and production equipment rentals are also available. Full cyclorama wall dimensions: 12' 4" H, 29' W x 18' D, with a subfloor height of 32". Cyclorama studio space can be utilized as two separate shoot spaces (ie for stills & video) and/or sectioned off as one smaller 1,000 sq. ft., studio with adjoining production space.
