High-touch Areas: We pay special attention to high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and countertops, using disinfectants approved by health authorities. Equipment Sanitisation: All studio equipment, including cameras, tripods, and lights, undergoes regular sanitisation to minimise the risk of cross-contamination. Prop Maintenance: Props and furniture are regularly cleaned and inspected to maintain hygiene standards. Ventilation: Our studio is well-ventilated to ensure a constant flow of fresh air, promoting a healthy indoor environment. Disposable Items: We provide disposable items such as paper backdrops and wipes for added cleanliness and convenience. Post-session Cleaning: After each session, we conduct a thorough cleaning of the entire studio space to prepare for the next guest. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
