High-touch Areas: We pay special attention to high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and countertops, using disinfectants approved by health authorities. Equipment Sanitisation: All studio equipment, including cameras, tripods, and lights, undergoes regular sanitisation to minimise the risk of cross-contamination. Prop Maintenance: Props and furniture are regularly cleaned and inspected to maintain hygiene standards. Ventilation: Our studio is well-ventilated to ensure a constant flow of fresh air, promoting a healthy indoor environment. Disposable Items: We provide disposable items such as paper backdrops and wipes for added cleanliness and convenience. Post-session Cleaning: After each session, we conduct a thorough cleaning of the entire studio space to prepare for the next guest. Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
