Cleaning Protocol for Kringle Cabin 2024 1. General Guidelines: • Ensure all cleaning supplies are readily available before beginning. • Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (gloves, mask) while cleaning. • Work from top to bottom, starting with the loft area and finishing with the 1st floor. • Open windows and doors for ventilation during cleaning, weather permitting. 2. Loft Area: • Bedroom: • Strip bed linens and wash according to care instructions. • Dust all furniture, including nightstands, dressers, and lamps. • Vacuum or sweep floors, including under the bed. • Make the bed with fresh linens. Bathroom: • Clean and disinfect toilet, sink. Add toilet paper if needed. • Wipe down countertops and surfaces with a disinfectant cleaner. • Replace towels with clean ones. • Sweep and mop floors. 3. 1st Floor: Master Bedroom: • Repeat the same steps as for loft bedroom. Bathroom: • Repeat the same steps as for loft bathroom. Kitchen: • Clear countertops and remove any food debris. • Clean and disinfect countertops, sink, and appliances (microwave, refrigerator, stove). • Wipe down cabinet doors and handles. • Sweep and mop floors. Living Room: • Dust all furniture, including tables, shelves, and entertainment center. • Vacuum upholstered furniture and carpets. • Wipe down surfaces such as coffee tables and TV remotes with a disinfectant cleaner. 4. Additional Tasks: • Check firepit and empty ash if full • Clean grill and outside table • Blow off front porch and rear patio • Check for any damages or maintenance issues and report them for repair. • Empty trash bins throughout the cabin and replace liners. • Restock essential supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and cleaning products. • Secure the cabin before leaving, ensuring all doors and windows are locked. 5. Final Steps: • Inspect each area to ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation. • Close and lock all windows and doors. • Reset any electronic devices to their original settings.

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
