About the Space
Welcome to 1 Take Studios AZ, Arizona's very first one-stop-shop film and photo studio. We have 20+ pre-built sets for you to come capture your latest project, but it doesn't end there! Need to record audio for your new song? We have a state of the art recording studio inside our warehouse. Need to record a podcast to promote your up and coming project? We hav e podcast studio stocked with the newest equipment on the market along with an editing bay so you can finish your project under one roof! This space was designed from the ground up by filmmakers, with the creator in mind. Every aspect of this property is shootable. We have several vintage inspired rooms that make you feel like you're stepping back into the 70's. We have curated furniture from all over the west coast to create a space that feels luxurious and well kept. We also have additional rooms with more of an urban feel, these sets include a "trap" room, interrogation room, bank vault, graffiti alley way, and auto body shop. Our space also includes the following: - White Cyc - LED Room with interchangeable colored lighting options (Coming soon) - Selfie Room with 6 different mini sets (perfect for shooting TikTok and other social media content) (NOT FINISHED)

We personally clean the property after every booking. We have a professional cleaning crew come in once a month
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
