About the Space
The rooftop patio and lounge is an ideal space for social events with up to 100 guests. Outside, the patio comes fully furnished with chairs, an outdoor couch, dinner table, high-top tables / chairs, and more. The furniture layout can be customized to support any event and includes a 135" projector screen + 4K projector and outdoor Sonos sound system. Inside, via a sliding garage door that can be open or closed, is a full kitchen and lounge space that includes a full refrigerator, sink with disposal, and high-top island that is ideal for food or beverage service.

Health and Safety Measures
Our space is professionally cleaned on a nightly basis by a commercial cleaning company. We disinfect and wipe down all surfaces so that our space has a hotel-like level of tidiness each day.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
