About the Space
The Trudy Home is an urban, Historic District 1850s farmhouse full of architectural character and ready for your next photo/video shoot. Featured in Wayfair’s 2023 Home Tour and national ad campaigns for Progressive, GE, AARP and others. Our home has architectural soul. Spacious and open first floor with living area, chef’s kitchen, dedicated workspace, a half bathroom and laundry. Our kitchen is a stunner, seamlessly open and personal, timeless and modern. The stairs take you up to the second floor with three cozy bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a loft. The master bedroom features a queen bed and an en suite master bathroom. The second and third bedroom are smaller but spill out to the loft for time with books, games, or toys. Every square inch has been meticulously designed by Friedrichsen Homes for our family and now for you. Historic details and design-forward finishes will set the scene; all you need is the production!

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
