Downtown Industrial Loft

This roomy studio is a two-story, second-floor loft located in the heart of Claremont. Currently, we are opening the first floor to the public which is about 900 sqft. As you walk in you are greeted by 25 ft vaulted ceilings and an immense amount of natural lighting coming from our skylight windows that span across the entire loft and also 6 large French casement windows on the bottom floor. These can be propped open for a different look. Indulge in a rich historic experience while capturing beautiful content and photography with the historic iron beams and the perfect blend of modern neutral colors. This loft's main art piece is a beautiful ivory baby grand piano that has been enjoyed by many generations of artists. This art piece is complimented by a beautiful post-modern light fixture and modular sofa. The space also includes light kitchen & bathroom access.
