About Studio 45 Brooklyn
900 square feet versatile venue that can host all sorts of events such as birthday parties, art parties, craft nights, pop ups, galleries, etc. The space is sectioned off into three sections, two small rooms on the side and a main room in the middle. 7 tables and 30 chairs can be included in rental for no charge. 10 minutes away from both Morgan and Jefferson station off the L Train. Bookings are spaced apart to allow us to come in to clean and disinfect the space.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
