This outdoor event space is a blank canvas for your party, workshop, or special event. Less than 30 miles from Los Angeles or Santa Monica, but a whole world away. Nestled in the canyon, we are only 5 minutes from the 101 freeway and 10 minutes to PCH. A 15,000 square foot 'lawn' is surrounded by amazing stonework and dozens of majestic oak trees. Hourly price includes up to 50 guests, use of on-site bathroom, guest house, and picnic tables/benches. Additional charges for larger parties. It is the ideal space for daytime picnics, lawn games, baby and bridal showers, yoga, photo shoots, filming and more. Events that extend into evening must provide lighting. On-site electrical and water are available. Extra charge for amplified music or live band- we strive to keep our neighbors happy! Plenty of on-site parking, room for food trucks, semis, and production vehicles.
