Hey! My name is Trevor, drummer/producer/artist. I am renting out my studio I built in my repurposed detached garage. Excited to work with y'all! Read below!: Available for full band rehearsals, individual practice sessions, individual instrument/drum/full band recording, production/writing sessions, & teaching studio! Regular listed rate ($20/hr) is for rehearsals/practice sessions/teaching studio rental only. For recording rates (added on top of regular rates), please go to add-ons when checking out! - x2 quality drum sets, 1 which is fully mic'd for recording - x1 88 key Yamaha weighted keyboard (w/ MIDI too) - x1 49 key Roland Juno synthesizer - x1 Phonic PA System w/ 2 speakers - x1 guitar amp - x1 bass amp - x1 pair of ADAM Audio T5V Studio Monitors - x1 Clarett+ 8Pre USB-C Audio Interface (8 preamps) - Many high quality John Hunter Acoustics acoustic panels - Many appropriate cables - Etc., etc., etc. Rehearsals/Teaching Studio Rental: - $20/hour Recording Sessions: - $60/hour (total regular+add-on rate) without engineer (me) - $80/hour (total regular+add-on rate) w/ engineer (me) - $95/hour (total regular+add-on rate) w/ engineer (me) + me recording drums Also a 13 minute walk from the Metro A Line Highland Park station, & many bus lines take you here as well.
