It features two separate bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining area, lounge area, and a large open event room. The kitchen is fully equipped with an industrial dishwasher, microwave, range, fridge, double sink, and a complete selection of dishes and catering tools — perfect for food vendors, workshops, or catered gatherings. The upper level is open concept and can comfortably accommodate up to 60 people for seated events. A large wrap-around deck offers breathtaking views of Gosling Lake, the Birch Brook trails, and the Mealy Mountains, with multiple access points for guests. The deck also provides wheelchair access into the upper level.
