Featuring two huge lawns, lots of paver space, a 1500 sq. ft. stage, six seating areas with fire pits, umbrellas, and gazebos, a domed marble gazebo, a creek running behind it, this is the most picturesque party place in the heart of Silicon Valley. In addition to renting just the space, we can organize your entire event from drinks, catering, servers/bartender, to décor, lighting, and set up. We offer various packages to fit all budgets. Our great customer service, flexibility in pricing, and customized options makes it very convenient to host an event with us. Up to 250 attendees. BLow the entire 20,000 sq ft space Blow dust from all furniture and tables Blow clear all walkways, patios, and stage Mow and blow the lawn Sanitize restrooms and restock supplies. Empty and reline all trash bins. Guests are welcome to: Bring their own trash bags (33 gallon and above). Clean/wipe down tables, chairs, and other surfaces. Wipe down any rental items before using them.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
