This historic ballroom has been used for so many things over the years. It has been used as a live music and dancing venue, a wedding venue, baby shower venue. It has an AV system with a microphone, projector, and screen which is suitable for meetings and conferences. It also works well for yoga, Zumba, and dance classes. There is a caterer kitchen and built-in bar and several options for caterers in the area. The space includes 60-inch round tables and chairs for seating 120 guests plus banquet tables for serving food. There is a gorgeous vintage chandelier and dimmable lighting. It is part of The Highgate Manor, a Second Empire Victorian home.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
