About the Space
Themed sets perfect for period movie filming, photography, and music videos. Attached wardrobe studio complete with equipment, props, and period costumes in Regency, Victorian, Medieval, Georgian, Paranormal/Sci-Fi and much more, for an extra charge. IMPORTANT: If you need costumes, you must schedule an appointment at least 2 weeks before your production for costume selection and fitting. A wardrobe supervisor will be present during your production to oversee costuming. Costume rental, pre-production alterations/fittings and day-of-production wardrobe styling rates apply. Please message me to ask for a quote. PLEASE READ: Some of the sample pictures are set designs from previous shoots. Elements and furnishings shown were brought in by other production companies and may not be present in the location. You can bring your own props/furnishings, or you can use whatever is available onsite. Additional charges apply for set design requests (ex: tea party, book of spells, duke's library, etc.) Contact me if you have any questions. The production host will meet you onsite and take you on a quick walk-through (NOTE: the production host is only there to answer questions. Please do not ask her to set up anything or do production work for you.) Set #1: Opulent Versailles theme suitable for a variety of period settings. Set #2: Old world Victorian Library or Study that can be altered to suit several time periods with a few adjustments Set #3: Modern kitchen and dining area. Set #4: Cozy succulent garden (Availability depends on weather conditions.) **IMPORTANT: No access allowed on the second floor. **Please bring your own cooler. Do not use the refrigerator.

All areas vacuumed and sanitized after each booking. Bathroom areas and Kitchen areas are disinfected and sanitized. Wardrobe, props, and other items rented undergo washing and sanitation.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
