One end of the loft has 15 ft ceilings which slope down to 12 ft where the back room is located. The space has two skylights and gets gorgeous light all day especially from 4 large southern exposed windows. The loft has been carefully retrofitted with original woodwork, hand made furniture, and state of the art appliances. The walls have been lime washed in rich Prussian blue and showcases original art by Norman Bluhm, Jessica Tawcznski, and a 300 lb slab sculpture of etched quartz. The mantle pieces over old coal burning fire places date back to the 1800's. The space has hosted incredible feasts and parties for almost 20 years and is a great set for a film or photoshoot.
