Small business popups, meetings, small gathers will do great in our State Room. 2 Chic Restrooms and a Kitchenette complete the vision. Discover the infinite possibilities, explore the potential and create unforgettable moments with us at Studio 107. “Studio 107 it’s not just an event it’s an Experience!” We are located in an area not far from downtown Snellville in a nice tree lined area tucked away off of Hwy 78, without the sounds of traffic. There is plenty of parking, including handicap access. We offer two flex spaces (The State Room & Kitchenette Area) in addition to the main space (The E Room). We offer Dinner Party setups in the E Room where the guest of honor love the intimacy and gathering we offer for their guests.

We will give you a space that is clean and disinfected. We ask that it is returned clean as you received it, we will will take care of disinfecting.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
