Surface Cleaning: We use hospital-grade disinfectants to clean all surfaces, including floors, tables, chairs, and equipment. Equipment Sanitization: All filming equipment, including cameras, microphones, and tripods, are sanitized before and after each use. Ventilation: Our studio is equipped with a state-of-the-art ventilation system, ensuring fresh air circulation throughout your filming session. High-Touch Point Focus: We pay special attention to high-touch areas such as doorknobs, light switches, and restroom facilities. Regular Maintenance: In addition to our thorough cleaning process, we have regular maintenance schedules to ensure that our studio is always in top condition.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
