About the Space
Born in the height of Burbank's aeronautical history this converted airplane parts plant has been lovingly transformed into a modern media studios. Our production studios are located at the end of the Chandler bike path and green way that runs through the quaint Magnolia Park section of Burbank.
Lots of family owned restaurants and business throughout Magnolia Park, and if it is the big box stores you want they are located moments away at the Empire Center. We have quick and easy access to the 5, the 134, and the 170 freeways and are located in the heart of the entertainment circle.
We have the unique ability to host any size event in our space. Our support space is really the key. You will not have to have clients and production staff on the stage with you at time of shooting.

We have a private valet service that cleans facility twice a week in off production and cleans daily for on production days
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
