There is a lush front yard, living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and 3 bedrooms (one is set up as a dressing/glam room, one office, one bedroom) in the main house. The home decor features some cool art, nice furnishings, records & record player. The backyard features a pool, a large deck with multiple outdoor sofas, a fire pit, a BBQ, a dining table, lounges, and tons of beautiful plants and trees). The backyard was recently totally renovated and the landscaping is a notable feature. It feels like an oasis - the yard is surrounded by tall private walls. We have a completely detached studio apartment that we call "The Pool House" with a private entrance. That space features a kitchenette, a vintage-style fridge, a small sofa, a bed, and another bathroom. We have a private driveway in the back with up to 3 parking spots and a basketball hoop. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are easygoing. We are open to hosting productions of all kinds! Just ask. We are in event production ourselves so we understand what a production can take. The house is very conveniently located, super close to Burbank, and only 20 minutes down to Hollywood.
