An architecturally designed, blank space venue that suits a range of uses including events, photoshoots, meetings and workshops. We don’t like to brag but…. - Light and bright, architectural features include 350sqm of total floor space, original timber floors throughout, exposed beams, soaring 4m high ceilings + expansive windows. - Furniture comes included with all bookings and we offer our clients the luxury of being able to choose from a handpicked collection of pieces including designer lounges, handmade trestle tables, ghost chairs and stools, bar tables and more. - We are a full BYO venue; meaning those who wish to bring their own food and drink are more than welcome to. Catering and a bar can also be supplied for those who would rather have us do it all for them. - A dedicated event manager works with you in the lead up to your event to ensure that everything runs smoothly during your booking. - Our fully equipped Kitchen has everything you need to host including three fridges, a commercial oven, gas cooktop, microwave, a dishwasher plus plates, glasseware, serving trays and cutlery. - Exclusive hire is a given; there is never more than one event or booking at a time. - Easy laneway access means that your suppliers can bump-in + bump-out via a private loading dock. - Having the best time ever? As a private venue we enjoy the luxury of not having a set closing time which means that you can stay as long as you like. - Located centrally in Canberra, we're within close proximity to the city centre + public transport.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
