A mix of urban and residential in the heart of the city. With a large studio space with mirrors and storefront windows and a smaller space with a private bathroom/shower away from windows. The large space is 1500 sq feet with wall seating of 400 sq. Feet & raised spring Marley flooring. the smaller studio space has 600 sq. Feet of usable space and floating laminated floors. An open seating area with a small leather sofa and two chairs. Television with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Amazon Prime and more.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
In between bookings, a thorough disinfecting is done. Daily, deep cleaning is done at the end of the day including handles, light switches, sinks, toilets and knobs. Disinfectant spray is used on all surfaces.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
